WHO ARE WE?

Warm Hearts is a group of men and women who have a 'heart' for those in need of a warm touch

WHAT ARE ARE GOALS?

Our goal is to show Christ's love through the work of our hands and the meeting of a need.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

Join us the 2th Saturday of each month (September through April). Everyone is welcome.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YARN AND PATTERNS?

You may, but it is not necessary. Through the generous donations of many people we are given a steady supply of yarn, needles and crochet hooks. Many of our patterns are free from the Internet.

WHAT TAKES PLACE AT OUR MEETINGS?

Yarn and patterns will be displayed on tables and are there for you to take and use.

Coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and snacks are also provided. Feel free to bring some of your own to share.

As we sit around the tables in the former sanctuary, we visit and help one another. Occasionally, a devotion will be shared, and thank you notes read (yes, we receive lots of thank you notes!)

A table is also provided to place the many items made to donate.

HOW ARE ITEMS DELIVERED?

Some items are delivered in town and some are shipped. Many items are sent to Mongolian orphanages. Infant items are sent to an organization in Ohio and then delivered to area hospitals for newborns and preemies.

Some items are made by individuals for specific people, as in the case of chemo hats or prayer shawls.
