There will be an outdoor Easter sunrise service at 7:00 am on April 5th. This will be followed by a breakfast served in the chapel. Sunday school and the regular worship service will sill be held at their normal times.

The community Easter egg hunt will be on Saturday, April 4th, from noon to 2:00 pm. Free food will be served beginning at noon. The first egg hunt will begin at 12:30 pm. This will take place on the west lawn beside the church.

The Good Friday service will be at the church on April 3rd at 7:00 pm. This is a traditional service of scripture, prayer, and music in reflection on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.

SUNDAY MORNING If Lucas County is under a LEVEL THREE snow emergency then all services and events at the church will be canceled. If conditions are bad but there is not a level three snow emergency you should only attend if you believe it is safe enough to travel. If you have a responsibility at the church you are not obligated to fulfill that responsibility when you do…

The annual Christmas Eve candlelight service will be at 6:00 pm. This is a traditional service of music and scripture.

The church will gather for a time of corporate prayer on Saturday, October 4th, at 7:00 pm. This event will take place outdoors around a campfire. Food will be provided. Gather at the back of the church.

Several churches in the Holland and Springfield area will gather together for a joint worship service on Sunday, August 10th, at 10:30 am at Strawberry Acres Park. Bring a lawn chair and join the fellowship. A picnic lunch will be provided following the service. If there is rain, the service will be relocated to the Holland Free Methodist Church at 6605 Angola Rd.

Vacation Bible School will be June 23-27, from 6:00-8:00 pm, at Strawberry Acres Park in Holland. The theme for this year is “Son Treasure Island.” Pre-K through 6th grade. Meet at the gazebo to register.

Come between noon and 1:00 pm to receive a bag of easter eggs with candy as well as free hot dogs. This is a drive thru event. The outdoor Easter egg hunt has been canceled due to rain.

The Good Friday service will include scripture reading, prayer, music, and communion. It will begin at 7:00 pm.
