Women’s Circuit Training

This class uses movable equipment to encourage each person to set goals toward muscle stretching, strengthening and conditioning. This is for all levels.

First Place for Health is a Christ-centered approach to discovering better health. It is not a diet or a health plan; it is a decision and a lifestyle.  The initial cost is $80.email the office with your interest at office@hollandfmc.org The first session will be for information and orientation.
